Karen with Missy. It’s a long story. She is a stray that ended up in our neighborhood. She pretty much stays next door but has a roaming free spirit and comes over when we are there. She may stay with us permanently once we move there.

This is our framing team… Sergio’s A Team. Karen and I served them a homemade chili and cornbread lunch after they’d all been working in the chilly weather that morning. What a great group of guys!
December 16, 2023 framing progress.

November 28, 2023 framing progress. Framing started November 20, 2023.

This is the first day of framing. Sergio, the guy who is managing the job, estimates this part of the house build will take about three weeks. We have heard that this is the most sought after framing crew in the area.
